Richmond Park

As London’s largest Royal Park, it features a varied terrain that includes woodlands, open grasslands, and contour-rich landscapes, making it perfect for practising real-world map and compass techniques. With minimal signage and surprising remoteness in parts, it offers an authentic outdoor experience right on the city's edge. Our courses here are slightly more expensive, as Turn Wild proudly supports the sustainable use of this historic park by paying access fees to The Royal Parks. This helps protect the landscape and wildlife while ensuring responsible operation in a shared natural space.
